Recruiting & retaining a diverse early talent pipeline is the key to your company's long-term success.   At nearly 30% of the workforce population and the most racially diverse generation in history, GenZ are making demands and employers must assess relevant methods to develop & retain this new flock of talent.  Skills, jobs & workplace dynamics have been significantly impacted by a global pandemic, new dynamics of work, and social injustices, and companies must adapt to the 'future of work.'   In this presentation, attendees will learn how to build and cultivate a diverse the early talent pipeline by viewing effective case studies from Reimagine Talent's work with employers across country.
