To build & cultivate talent in the workplace, HR and DEI leaders play a significant role.  This highly engaging program is to support building a stronger bridge between the HR and DEI functions within an organization. Practitioners will learn how both functions can consciously collaborate to advance the people and culture agenda.   The program will highlight common roadblocks and offer case studies of powerful HR + DEI partnership in action!

  • Explore case studies of organizations who have successfully integrated the HR and DEI functions.
