Now more than ever, it’s critical for employers to offer family planning benefits that support all paths to parenthood. According to Family Equality, 63% of LGBTQIA+ people planning families expect to use assisted reproductive technology, foster care or adoption to become parents. The Black maternal mortality rate continues to climb with Black women being 3-4x more likely to die at birth. Every path to parenthood is filled with its unique set of challenges and requires personalized support.

Join Ovia for a discussion where we will share insights to help inform your organization's family planning benefits plan that supports all paths to parenthood.

Learning Objectives:

  • Attendees will walk away with tangible insights on how having a family planning benefit that directly impacts all paths to parenthood benefits the organization (ex: retention, recruitment, cost savings).
  • Attendees will walk away with an understanding of how Ovia can help them deliver a comprehensive family planning benefits plan to their respective organization.
  • Attendees will walk away with a deeper understanding on why supporting all paths to parenthood is necessary.
