As a result of the widespread impact of the Covid-19 pandemic and continuing social unrest in our country organizational leaders are focusing on strategies that lend new energy to diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging efforts.  Businesses have a unique opportunity to address and make progress on pressing social issues as it relates to fostering a genuine sense of belonging, which allows all team members to reach their potential. Our session challenges organizational leaders to move beyond words (diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging) to six deliberate action steps which build strong solidarity from the insecurity of our differences.

Learning Objectives:

  • Provide companies looking to get started on DEIB efforts a clearer sense of the major opportunities emerging post-pandemic.
  • Provide an overview of the steps needed to progress in DEIB in an intentional manner.
  • Identify resources companies may access for further information and support.
