Rose Ann Garza

Rose Ann Garza, SHRM-SCP, is the Chief Human Resources Officer for Kerbey Lane Cafe, Inc. During her time at Kerbey Lane the organization has more than doubled in size and has won several prestigious awards related to their impact within the community and on their team members. Prior to joining Kerbey Lane, Rose Ann built her career in the restaurant and hospitality industry working with Destination Hotel and Resorts and Brinker International. A member of Kerbey Lane’s Executive Leadership Team, she leads the execution of Kerbey Lane’s people strategy as well as builds organizational capability and team member culture to further enable Kerbey Lane’s growth and impact. She also serves as the strategic business advisor to senior leadership and the Managing Partners of each location regarding key organizational and management issues.
In addition to her role at Kerbey Lane, Rose Ann serves on the Texas Society for Human Resources Management (Texas SHRM) Executive Council as the State Director (2022-2024) representing over 21,000 HR professionals at the state and national level. Rose Ann previously served Texas SHRM in the roles of State Director Elect, Assistant State Director- District Directors and Core Leadership Area Directors, District Director and as the Workforce Readiness Director. Rose Ann also served her local SHRM chapter, Austin SHRM, as President, President Elect, and Vice President of Programs.
Rose Ann received a Bachelor of Arts from Texas State University and a Master of Fine Arts from The University of Texas at Austin.
Jeff Luttrell, SHRM-SCP

Jeff Luttrell, SPHR, SHRM-SCP resides in Carolina Beach NC and Asheville NC. He is currently a Consultant at Results Consulting. Previously, he was Global Vice President of People and Talent Acquisition at Atento and has held leadership roles in Talent Acquisition and Staffing with Alorica, Xerox and Kelly Services.
He has over 20 years of recruitment and human resources experience in both the staffing industry and corporate recruiting including international, executive, high volume and professional recruiting. He has led teams in the US, Canada, EMEA ,Asia and Latin America.
He has served in many volunteer roles such as SHRM Southeast Region MAC Board Member, President and Board member with Raleigh Metro SHRM and served as Director of the NCSHRM State Council. He has served on SHRMs HR Disciplines, Talent Acquisition, Global, Diversity and Inclusion expertise panels and currently on the Together Forward at Work Taskforce since 2020. He regularly speaks on Talent and DEI across the US. He also has been on Parks and Recreation Boards in Wake County, City of Asheville and Town of Carolina Beach. He is also a Board member with the LGBTQ Center of Cape Fear and was also on planning boards for the LGBTQ Chamber in Raleigh, Evening With Friends and the Aidswalk.
Jeff is a true Tar Heel having grown up in NC graduated from UNC Chapel Hill with a degree in Journalism. He received an HR Management Certificate from Duke University.

Nicole has honed her skills across diverse industries, including fashion and beauty retail, hospitality, and manufacturing. She holds a master’s degree in organizational leadership and learning from The George Washington University in Washington, DC and bachelor's degree in business administration from Russell Sage College in Troy, NY.
