Overhaul leadership programs by bringing awareness to the three big chasms that organizations need to intentionally overcome to fully embrace a DEI leadership. Old leadership school thinking vs. new leadership thinking, multi generations workforce and cross-cultural opportunities, the three things affecting a low DEI culture, performance and creating turnover in organizations. Expect productivity increases and turnover decreases by as much as 50%, compared to 11% for companies with no engagement efforts at all.
