Ageism is a critical issue in today's workplace.  Bias based on age impacts performance, productivity and profits.  The phenomenon of five generations in the workplace presents challenges and opportunities!  This high-energy session brings a fresh approach to understanding generations.  It reveals important information to confront ageism and provides key insights to leverage the gifts of all generations.  Unleash the power of a multigenerational workforce!  Create an inclusive multigenerational workplace with increased solutions, innovation and a greater sense of belonging!

SHRM featured her as a Diversity & Inclusion Expert in HR Magazine and she is a LinkedIn Top Voice in Leadership. She serves on the Faculty of Howard University’s Executive Diversity Program; named “100 Most Influential Filipina Americans in the United States” and honored “100 Most Influential Filipina Women in the World.”
