DEI is headed towards what Gartner calls the 'Trough of Disillusionment' in the Hype Cycle and is estimated 2-5 years away from reaching the Productive Plateau. This presentation will review the forces creating disillusionment and then share the five key shifts we can make to accelerate DEI's progress.
