Human Resources (HR) plays a pivotal role in shaping an organization's workplace culture. This workshop explores the impact of HR policies and practices on workplace culture, delves into the influence of HR in fostering a positive and inclusive environment, and discusses how HR professionals can be champions of change. Participants will learn how to align HR strategies with organizational values, how to become advocates for cultural transformation to create psychological safety and your role in responding to a toxic workplace.

Learning Objectives:

1. Understand the Role of HR in Workplace Culture.

2. Identify HR policies that positively or negatively affect workplace culture.

3. Learn how HR professionals can lead cultural change within an organization. Develop action plans for improving workplace culture and psychological safety through HR practices.
