Erika Philpot is the Assistant Human Resources Director at Coconino County in Northern Arizona.  Erika’s background includes work in the public, private, and non-for-profit sectors across many divisions including recruiting, retention, classification, compensation, training, benefits, and employee relations.  Since Erika began at Coconino County in 2007, the innovative HR team has been recognized with eight awards including a Psychologically Healthy Workplace Award, Arizona Mature Worker Certification and AARP Best Employer for Workers Over 50.  Erika received her Bachelor’s degree and Master’s in Business Administration from Arizona State University.  She also holds her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification and is a member of SHRM.
