This session will examine the current legal and practical considerations for creating a Workplace Violence Prevention Team. Kraimer will review recent disability law developments along with best practices in identifying troubled employees. Learn how to properly identify and manage employees displaying warning signs to remove the dangerous employee safely and legally, as well as practical methods for establishing a "zero tolerance" workplace.
