Using Global Rotational Programs to Recruit and Retain Top Talent

SHRM Global Mobility and Immigration Symposium
Attendees will be able to develop programs to effectively use global mobility as a recruitment and retention strategy and to effectively advocate for such programs with organizational stakeholders by demonstrating the value to the organization.

Companies face great competition in recruiting and retaining top talent. Presenting prospective and current employees with development opportunities to grow both professionally and personally is the core idea behind global mobility and global rotational programs. See why many organizations have embraced global mobility as a key component of their recruitment and retention strategies and hear how it has added organizational value.
