His background includes over seventeen years as a people analytic expert and he has managed multiple teams across fortune 100 companies such as Microsoft, Comcast/NBC Universal, Disney, DIRECTV/ATT&T, and Nike. Across these companies he has led, implemented, and created workforce strategies to deliver analytics to executives. He has stayed specialized in this space because he is passionate about leveraging data to help employees be more productive, engaged, and have a voice in the organization which ultimately drives more business success due to happy employees.
