REPEATED | Using Analytics (and Creativity) to Solve Key HR Business Challenges

SHRM People Analytics 2020
This session will delve into the most common data-centric problems facing HR departments today and will show real-life examples of how to solve them using automation and basic analytical techniques.

Does your organization have numerous enterprise systems with “people data” scattered everywhere? Do you spend too much time fighting data and not enough time doing real HR work, in even some of the most basic HR business processes? Do you have complicated, rules-based compensation cycles where your systems or processes don’t (or can’t) enforce your own business rules? Are your enterprise metrics too complex, too simple or mostly ignored? How can you better evade these efficiency speed bumps and take control of your day back? We’ll address these topics and more, and even offer ideas to your open-ended questions so that you’re armed with the fundamentals to begin tackling these challenges yourself! This session is based on real-world experiences and cases, is not theoretical in nature, and will strive to provide real solutions for real problems occurring every day.
