William Tincup

William is the President of RecruitingDaily. At the intersection of HR and technology, he’s a Writer, Speaker, Advisor, Consultant, Investor, Storyteller & Teacher. He's been writing about HR related issues for over a decade. William serves on the Board of Advisors / Board of Directors for 20 HR technology startups. William is a graduate of the University of Alabama of Birmingham with a BA in Art History. He also earned an MA in American Indian Studies from the University of Arizona and an MBA from Case Western Reserve University.
Robert Horsley

Robert is an Executive Director and has been with the firm for over 20 years. He helps to drive the execution and mobilization of Fragomen’s vision globally through his leadership roles in firm strategy, client service and engagement, and integrated solutions.
Robert works closely with clients and leaders around the world to promote the enablement of broader and more mobile workforce models through innovative initiatives.
Known for his openness to change – and desire to be at the forefront of it – he has a keen eye focused on mobility programs and strategies. He works closely with many of the firm’s leading clients to adapt their different cultures and work models, and is able to leverage these relationships to help both the firm and clients remain at the forefront of evolving industry trends and strategies.
Robert plays a significant role in a number of the firm’s advanced approaches to strategic partnering, talent management and acquisition, client development, program design, and analytics. He has also been instrumental in the firm’s development of proprietary client facing technologies, and their integration into work models that facilitate transparency, predictability and alignment with business strategy.
During his tenure at Fragomen, Robert has been a member of the firm’s Client Engagement & Strategies, Corporate Development, Communications, Marketing, Best Practices and Technology steering committees, as well as a leader of the I-9 Service Center Practice Group. Outside of the firm, Robert is a recognized leader in the talent workforce industry. As such he sits on the boards of several industry leading organizations including the National Immigration Law Center and Worldwide ERC, where he is Chairman of the Board.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Robert served in senior management and consultant roles with other professional service and consulting firms, including the Big Four, where he worked in the Audit, Consulting, Corporate Finance and Mergers and Acquisition groups.

Brigette Lau

Brigette Lau is a co-founder and General Partner at Firework Ventures, an early-stage fund leading investments in the future of work. At Firework, she invests and works closely with startups that create access and opportunity, driving economic and social mobility for all. This definition and investment thesis cuts across multiple traditional investment verticals–HRtech, fintech, well-being tech, and edtech –with work at the center. Currently, she sits on the boards of Stride and Tilt.
Prior to co-founding Firework, Brigette was a co-founder and Partner at Social Capital, a venture firm with $1.2B AUM where she invested in EdTech and HRTech. Outside of venture investing, Brigette is active in her community, and serves on the executive board of the Golden State Warriors. Brigette earned her computer engineering degree from the University of Waterloo and her MBA from Georgetown University. Brigette is also a Kauffman Fellow.
Thomas Abraham, Founder of HR2Tech and T-Ventures

Thomas Abraham is the Founder of HR2Tech and T-Ventures which is a Growth Accelerator for HRTech and SaaS start-ups focusing on business strategy, go to market, strategic partnerships, capital raising and global expansion. His portfolio includes start-ups with products and platforms across HRIS, Learning Technology, Talent Acquisition, Employee Experience, Assessments, Talent Mobility, Gig economy, Mental Wellness and AI.
His expertise has been to guide the growth of HRTech and SaaS start-ups in India and subsequently launch & scale them in the US market.
Thomas has over 30 years of industry experience across Application Software, Digital Information Services, Telecom, Travel, Financial Services, Advertising and Consumer Products. He was the Managing Director, Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting and Sage Software based in India prior to his entrepreneurial journey.
