Join SHRM civility content partner, Jenn Graham, Founder and CEO of Inclusivv, for an insightful workshop on cultivating civility in the workplace and beyond. Jenn will share practical strategies and principles to foster cultures of trust, inclusion, and respect, empowering teams to bridge differences and unlock their collective potential. This workshop will explore the foundations of psychological safety, learning how open, non-judgmental communication can drive stronger connections. Jenn Graham is the Founder and CEO of Inclusivv, bringing diverse voices together for impactful conversations. As a designer, community organizer, and entrepreneur, she has built Inclusivv into the "go-to" resource with a library of over 50 topics and a global action platform. Jenn’s leadership earned Inclusivv a finalist spot in the 2022 SHRMLabs Better Workplaces Challenge Cup. Her TED talk on finding common ground highlights how conversation can bridge differences. Recognized as a “2020 World-Changing Woman in Conscious Business” and the Atlanta Business Chronicle's “Small Business Person of the Year – Rising Star” in 2019, Jenn drives social change through meaningful dialogue.

With more than two decades of Human Resources corporate leadership, Felix Massey, SHRM-SCP, has provided innovative “people solutions” and HR best practices for small to mid-size organizations in industries to include: consumer services, aviation, retail, entertainment, and distribution for Blockbuster Entertainment, Paramount Parks, G2 Secure Staff, LLC and HomeTeam Pest Defense.  Felix studied Business Management at University of Louisiana; received Management Leadership certification from Center for Creative Leadership.  Felix joined SHRM as a corporate employee in 2018 as Director, Field Services (SE Region) and in 2019 became Sr. Director of Customer Experience. 

At SHRM, Felix oversees and leads a virtual and outsourced customer experience operation which supports and propels SHRM’s customer centricity and growth strategies. Creating and sustaining a world-class omni-channel platform, accomplished via the efforts of a diverse team of virtual agents residing in 16 countries.  The Customer Experience team is charged with providing swift resolution to customer/member inquiries, and driving revenue growth through new customer acquisition, retention, and higher engagement.
