SelfHelpWorks partners with employers to deliver curriculum based, lifestyle and disease management courses for smoking cessation, obesity, inactivity, stress, alcohol and Type2 Diabetes. Our evidence based interventions incorporate Structured Cognitive Behavioral Training and are proven to support sustained behavior change and are accessible through a PC, smart phone or tablet.
