Amy Philbrook is head of diversity and inclusion for Fidelity Investments, a leading provider of investment management, retirement planning, portfolio guidance, brokerage, benefits outsourcing and other financial products and services to more than 26 million individuals, institutions and financial intermediaries. She assumed her current position in 2017 and leads the effort to ensure that Fidelity is a workplace and service provider where everyone can fully be themselves.
