Brenda Smith

Brenda Smith is the Director of the Workplace Possibilities Program including our ADAAA Accommodation Services. She’s been with Standard for 13 years -- seven working in the HR department managing several operational functions and six with the Workplace Possibilities team. In her current role, Brenda helps insurance advisors implement the Workplace Possibilities program with employers and oversees a team of Return-to-Work and ADAAA Consultants. She also holds a Certified Professional in Disability Management certification.
