2022 Talent Conference
Attendees will learn strategies and tips to leveraging the power of organization’s current employee base to leverage the skills of their current workforce and present options for career growth and engagement instead of constantly trying to recruit externally.

Talent Acquisition teams often focus on external recruiting as the core of activities. This session will focus on the power of partnering with internal colleagues to use data to bring internal opportunities and career growth to current employees and potentially contingent workers. HR and Recruiting pros can help create an environment of internal career opportunity, highlight transferable skills and organizational understanding to educate colleagues and leaders about the power of internal talent rather than the time consuming and costly exercise of external recruiting.

Learning Objectives:

  • Discover how to use employee data to understand the movement and potential of your current talent.
  • Learn how to leverage the power of your Employer Value Proposition to ensure your culture is modern and meets the needs of current and future talent.
  • Creating recruiting strategies for internal talent that align to your business goals.
  • Partnering across HR and Business Functions to accelerate your talent programs and career growth for workers.
