Diversity, inclusion and belonging has become a global business imperative. Yet the topic and its solutions are significantly nuanced based on systemic challenges, outdated workplace cultures, and a historical lack of representation and advancement for members of underrepresented groups.

Research shows that companies with inclusive cultures are 8x more likely to achieve better outcomes. How can organizations accelerate their diversity objectives while the culture is undergoing inclusive transformation? This session will explore strategic approaches for the learning and development ecosystem.

Learning Objectives:

  • Learn about the strategic ways learning and development can help drive diversity and inclusion.
  • Discover tangile methods to increase growth and engagement across all employee populations.
  • Gain insight into 1 or 2 case studies and examples of success.
