Research and data has proven that diverse teams outperform non-diverse teams. And since the disability community is the largest untapped pool of talent in the U.S., employers should be eager to hire and retain these workers. Yet, according to a 2020 Accenture study, only 1 in 20 employers were openly addressing disability inclusion.

So, how can organizations leverage disability inclusion to keep employees engaged and ultimately achieve broader business objectives?

Learning Objectives:

  • Attendees will gain an understanding of why the rapidly evolving workforce expects and values inclusive companies and how inclusive companies outperform peers.
  • Attendees will learn the value of robust accessibility and accommodation practices.
  • Attendees will receive concrete examples of how employers can support disability inclusion in the workplace right now.
