Kyle Ali is an advocate for equal educational and workforce opportunities and has excelled as an identifier, cultivator and developer of diverse talent. Over nearly a decade at Google, Kyle has played a significant role in shaping team culture strategies and has collaborated with countless leaders on initiatives to improve the company’s racial and gender climate. As the Senior Lead Program Manager for Code Next, Kyle leads Google’s efforts to expand social capital for high school students from historically marginalized communities and provide them with unparalleled access to technology, engineering education and leadership development. Kyle began his career as a 10th grade teacher in Baltimore, Maryland and recently returned to his educator roots as an professor at Villanova University, where he teaches graduate courses on diversity, equity and inclusion.
