Lindsay Nelson currently serves as Manager, Client Insights for Great Place to Work®. She has nearly ten years’ experience working directly with Great Place to Work clients to understand and improve their workplace cultures. She leverages this experience in her current role to support world-class realization of client culture change by ensuring our broad base of client experiences are rapidly captured, quantified and shared internally and externally.
Lindsay brings a systems-based philosophy of consulting, helping organizations to align workplace culture with strategy and business purpose to strengthen culture and improve business performance.
