Caitlin Iseler

Caitlin Iseler is the Founder and CEO of Happyly, the employee engagement and wellness technology platform bringing teams together through volunteerism and active lifestyle events. After 15 years in executive search, most recently as a partner at Korn Ferry, Caitlin found her purpose through an active lifestyle, volunteering, presence and understanding deeply that life outside of work greatly impacts your work and the same for work impacting life at home. Through her own journey to find wellness after burnout, Caitlin has dedicated her life and work to creating a company that supports, nourishes and embraces the whole human both for Happyly and for their customers too.

Caitlin and her husband and 7-year-old daughter live in Arlington, VA and Jackson Hole, WY and spend time outside of work outdoors and with their large extended family. She's a former Women's lacrosse scholarship athlete and was part of the national championship team in 2004 and earned both a B.A. and M.A. in technology from the University of Virginia.
