Dan Duckworth

Dan Duckworth retired from the United States Air Force after honorably serving in the military for 20 years. He has more than 10 years of experience in the field of Human Resources, and is currently working as the Director of People & Culture for KnowBe4, Inc. He has a professional background in personnel management, employee relations, victim advocacy, conflict resolution, and training and development. Dan is HRCI and SHRM certified at the senior level and has a Master’s of Arts in Human Services Counseling with a cognate in Executive Leadership from Liberty University. He is currently working towards his CDP from the National Diversity Council, and is a driving force in enacting change in the DEI space at KnowBe4 and beyond.
