Jennifer A. Kraft

Jennifer Kraft is a partner at Seyfarth Shaw with experience advising Fortune 500 companies on the myriad of complex laws impacting employee benefits. Jennifer assists clients with health care reform compliance as well as cost containment measures such as health savings accounts and wellness programs. She is a member of Seyfarth's cross-departmental Health Care Reform Team which is a team of firm lawyers from different practice areas working together to assess the different ways health care reform will impact our clients and develops strategies for response. Jennifer frequently presents to various industry groups on health care reform and how this quickly evolving area of the law impacts health plan design and administration.
