Strong background in neuroscience research on inclusion and diversity strategies in the workspace, with an emphasis on mitigating the subtle and insidious forms of bias that negatively impact business decisions and perpetuate barriers to building high-performing teams and nurturing positive interpersonal relationships. Robin is a graduate of Georgetown University’s acclaimed Executive Strategic Diversity and Inclusion Management leadership program and has developed an expertise in using behavioral science interventions to improve business outcomes.

As head of global communications at TaskUs, a Santa Monica, CA-based, tech-enabled business services company delivering customer support, AI operations, and content security to the world’s most innovative companies, Robin creates and steers the vision and strategy for internal and external communications through an inclusive lens; oversees the communication and engagement strategy for senior leadership across the business; guides global PR; partners cross-functionally to support talent acquisition, employee engagement and client acquisition; and manages team partnerships with external consultants and agencies.
