Seth Holverson

Seth Holverson was most recently the Global Director of Human Resources for Nike Inc.'s contract manufacturing of over 1 million workers in 700+ factories across 44 countries. In his role, Seth was responsible for developing, advancing and innovating Human Resources programs that increased employee engagement and improved labor compliance.  Seth was also responsible for leading multi-stakeholder partnerships with international labor organization's that protect and advance workers' rights worldwide. 

During his career, Seth has held various Human Resources roles at Pfizer, Merck and Altria Group in Employee Relations, Compensation, Talent Acquisition and as a Business Partner.  He has BA in Sociology from the University of North Dakota and a Masters of Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
