Sheila Jackson

Sheila Jackson is a director at JFF where she focuses on employer-led talent development and social impact initiatives. Through these partnerships, she works to improve systems alignment and close equity gaps in the transitions from high school and postsecondary education to careers. Sheila is also responsible for developing resources for the field about effective strategies for private sector investments in career pathways design, youth work-based learning and equitable economic advancement. Prior to joining JFF, Sheila worked in college access programming in the Bay Area.
