California Handbook, Leave Management, Wage and Hour: What You Need to Know for 2015
Be prepared for 2015 by learning the new developments in California law regarding leave management, wage and hour issues, and other developments that can affect a California handbook. The session reviews the new California regulations and subsequent case law regarding disability leave management and pregnancy leave. The session also addresses recent issues regarding commission and bonus plans, hours of work, and other wage and hour developments. Siegel will share what you should change and/or add to your 2015 California handbook.
