During his career, Jared has moved from an entry level HR position to develop and manage a national HR program, leading HR initiatives for a Fortune 500 company, and currently is the Director of Operations for a successful technology company. Jared’s strategic approach has allowed him to improved processes, maximize productivity, increase innovation, and act as an internal consultant for his organization.
