Fast Lane: Creating Purposeful Progression Programs for High Potential College Graduates

2014 Annual Conference
Workplace Application: Learn how to nurture and develop your top-level college graduates to become your next first-class workforce.

Finding the right talent that fits your company vision, culture, competency requirements and behavioral expectations can be extremely difficult. Instead of spending thousands of dollars per hit-or-miss new hire, why not cultivate your own? High performing college graduates are often hungry to succeed, energetic, agile, and have proven foundational knowledge you can build upon to meet your core competency requirements and performance targets. The investment into developing a “fast lane” program will provide low-cost hires with big returns. This session explains how to create a business case to gain executive buy-in, offers strategies to properly source and select the high-potentials and outlines ways to build the progression curriculum. Gasiorowski will also share tips on how to align, assimilate, and accelerate this team into your organization.
