Helga’s Back and You’re Not Going to Believe What Her Employees Did THIS TIME

2014 Annual Conference
Workplace Application: This session will help you identify potentially hidden HR issues that exist in your organization as well as discuss policies that can mitigate risk if proactively implemented.

You remember hearing about Helga’s HR nightmares at the 2013 SHRM Annual Conference. Well, SHE’S BACK and you really won’t believe what her employees have done this time! We’ve all said it: “I would write a book, but who would believe these stories are true?” Unfortunately, many of the tales from are far too real! Whether the situation involves tattooed employees, employees who are “too hot” for your workplace, an inappropriately behaving executive, how to keep employees motivated in a struggling economy or the improper payment of breaks, the legal workplace has become far more complicated to manage. Come to this fast-paced session which will focus on uncommon HR issues and examine practical, business-focused solutions that you can use immediately to solve those problems.
