High-Powered, High-Volume Recruiting

2014 Annual Conference
Workplace Application: This session shows you how to create a high- volume internal recruiting platform that provides results.

For organizations with massive hiring targets, the standard methodology for internal corporate recruiting is not the optimal way to approach success. The path for success is to take the best practices of high-volume, high-powered external staffing organizations and create the same model within the internal organization structure. This session will cover how to revamp your internal recruiting function to create an environment that will support large-volume success. The topics we will cover include the proper process & structure of a recruiting team  for high-volume recruiting, how to find the right “type” of talent  acquisition specialist as well  as how to create a culture that drives talent selection performance by reshaping the organization expectation of manager- driven hiring decisions. Gasiorowski will also discuss how to develop a strong partnership with learning & development to understand your organizational core competency requirements.
