MEGA SESSION: CARE Packages for the Workplace: Dozens of Little Things You Can Do to Regenerate Spirit at Work

2014 Annual Conference
Workplace Application: This session explores the elements of a spirited, productive workplace and how you can achieve a culture that promotes commitment, caring, teamwork and service.

We have forgotten about the human element in our organizations and need to rekindle the spirit of commitment, caring, and a personal sense of mission in the hearts of our employees. This session explores the elements of a spirited, productive workplace: C = creative communication; A = atmosphere and appreciation for all; R = Respect and reason for being; and E = empathy and enthusiasm. We explore what it means to be a leader vs. a “boss,” how to encourage communication, teamwork, creative ways to appreciate employees daily, and how leaders can visibly model commitment to organizational values, especially during times of change. You will leave with ideas to enhance your leadership ability and achieve the productivity and passion you desire in your employees.
