Reclaiming Play for Agility, Innovation and Engagement
Most of us were taught that work and play are incompatible. In reality, agile and innovative organizations are thriving because they have found ways to transcend this dualism. You will learn how play and playspace enhance agility and why they are essential for organizational innovation and engagement. Discover how making the mindset shift from workplace to playspace can improve your organization’s bottom line, shorten product development cycles, as well as improve retention and employee engagement.
