This session will explore recruiting trends from a brief current state perspective and will see what the future has in store for Corporate Recruiting. Once we understand the current challenges, the strategic business need and recruitment essentials we can equip ourselves to compete and win in this new recruiting terrain. We will cover: sourcing, including the use of social media, branding, metrics, the impending talent shortage, and retention as a recruitment strategy.
Teela Jackson
Teela Jackson has successfully partnered with organizations to identify, attract, engagement and acquire key talent for the past 12 years. For the past 8 years, she has been with Talent Connections, an Atlanta-based recruitment solutions firm where she is currently Vice President, Talent Delivery. Teela is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and currently serves as President of SHRM-Atlanta.
Teela earned a Master of Business Administration degree in Management from Mercer University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources from The University of Tennessee at Martin.
