We will cover: sourcing, including the use of social media, branding, metrics, the impending talent shortage, and retention as a recruitment strategy.
Teela Jackson
Teela Jackson has successfully partnered with organizations to identify, attract, engagement and acquire key talent for the past 12 years. For the past 8 years, she has been with Talent Connections, an Atlanta-based recruitment solutions firm where she is currently Vice President, Talent Delivery. Teela is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and currently serves as President of SHRM-Atlanta.
Teela earned a Master of Business Administration degree in Management from Mercer University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources from The University of Tennessee at Martin.
