2013 was a monumental year for AA, changing the landscape for federal contractors and compliance professionals. The U.S. Supreme Court ruled on two separate AA cases, and for the first time in years the OFCCP implemented changes to audit requirements. And let’s not forget the new census data requirements! This session will provide an overview of the 2013 changes, along with resources to help you mitigate the impact on your organization today.

She is the creator of SHIFT, a transformational five-step framework for creating systemic, effective, measurable, and sustainable DEI cultures.
