He refined his management and technology skills at Fortune 500 heavyweights IBM, EMC, and Symantec, and learnt entrepreneurship by working with cutting edge start-ups.

In 2000, Sunil founded Indosys Corporation (now part of Zenith Talent), a company offering software and staffing solutions to the world's most successful businesses, including Microsoft, Brocade, Medtronic, Google, and IBM.
