Tara B. Taylor

Tara is Education & Outreach Director for the Maryland Commission on Civil Rights and Program Director for the Maryland Equity & Inclusion Leadership Program. Tara is also an independent contractor specializing in corporate training, facilitation, strategic planning, and coaching. Previously, Tara managed dispute resolution programs for the Offices of both the Arizona and Maryland Attorneys General and directed leadership programs for the YMCA of Delaware & Eastern Region.
Tara holds a B.A. in Organizational Communication and a M.A. in Public Administration and teaches for several universities. She lives with her fabulous husband and two beautiful kids that keep her running!
