General Session featuring Johnny C. Taylor, Jr., SHRM-SCP

2020 Annual Conference & Exposition

As young children, we aspire to have great careers that fulfill us. As young working adults, we measure fulfillment by our pay, skill and sense of purpose. And as we grow older, we are fulfilled by our achievement. HR professionals have a crucial role in this cycle. At every stage of the journey, HR is there, working to maximize every individual’s full human potential. In Johnny C. Taylor, Jr.’s keynote, he will challenge us to act as “One HR” as we usher individuals along their career paths, inspiring them to reach the height of their capabilities and achieve their dreams. This is how our profession transforms business, society and people’s lives.
