An increasing number of employees and customers want to bring their animals with them to work, shop or dine. "Service animals" must be allowed under most circumstances, but which types of animals qualify and how do they become certified? What about the rights of others in the workforce?  This sessions addresses current federal and state laws governing service and assistive animals.
