Next Generation HR Leadership: Recruiting, Managing and Retaining Five Unique Generations

2020 Talent Virtual Experience
This session will explore strategic methods of improving employee morale, remote and in-office operational efficiency, employee retention and productivity across five generations.

Successfully blending generations in the workplace can be a tall order. Your agile leadership is essential in assisting all employees to better understand one another. It begins with open and vibrant dialogue and inclusion of all generations! Our goal is to help support happier, dynamic, more productive employees working remote or in an office environment while also maintaining focus on business, new laws, a positive workplace culture and so much more. Around the globe and in the U.S., today's employers can have up to five different generations working side by side, on the road and at home. Productivity can decrease if your staff doesn't understand the unique characteristics and talents each generation or individual brings. This session covers strategic methods of improving employee morale, operational efficiency, employee retention and improving productivity; how to find it, how to harness it, and how to keep it. Millennials and Gen Z get a special and positive nod. You'll see why!

Learning Objectives:

  • Increase employee retention, inclusion, and attract new candidates.
  • Grow overall workplace communications, productivity, and efficiency wherever staff works from.
  • Develop agile employee/management engagement of each generation and culture.
  • Discover the technological needs and preferences of each generation.
  • Identify the seven most powerful actions we can take to improve employee engagement and workplace culture, grow communication and cooperation with all generations (based on a four-year survey by Scott Lesnick).
