Goldilocks and the 3 Bears: Attracting, Engaging, Retaining

2023 Annual
Attendees will learn new strategies to battle the toughest HR issues in the past 2 years - attracting, engaging, and retaining

This session will explore the bears of Attracting, Engaging & Retaining to help Goldilocks (HR) strategize to make these activities 'just right!'

Learning Objectives:

  • Attraction - it's more than a great job ad, posting, praying, and hoping. Learn simple steps to creating a place where people WANT to work.
  • Engaging - Be done with foosball tables and yoga (well, you can have those also!), but focus on rewards, recognition, and talent development.
  • Retaining - Explore what the best companies are doing to retain their top performers;
  • and, then, there's ghosting, quiet quitting, and more....

In-person session offerings are on a first-come, first-served basis.
