PowerPoints/Handouts Available
This session will explore the bears of Attracting, Engaging & Retaining to help Goldilocks (HR) strategize to make these activities 'just right!'
Learning Objectives:
- Attraction - it's more than a great job ad, posting, praying, and hoping. Learn simple steps to creating a place where people WANT to work.
- Engaging - Be done with foosball tables and yoga (well, you can have those also!), but focus on rewards, recognition, and talent development.
- Retaining - Explore what the best companies are doing to retain their top performers;
- and, then, there's ghosting, quiet quitting, and more....
In-person session offerings are on a first-come, first-served basis.
