This session is a BS Meter for your HR & Leadership teams. It's an opportunity to reflect on if you have the right system in place and if so, how are you getting leaders prepared to manage in this surreal future of work.
Learning Objectives:
- Identify where on the spectrum your current HR systems currently reside.
- Explore what aspects of core values are being neglected in your HR Systems and what you can do to address this.
- Determine an action plan to tackle the weakest parts of your HR systems immediately.
- Learn how to measure the EQ progress of your HR Systems throughout the next year.

Over the past 15 years of facilitation and speaking, Jeff’s main goal has been to help work suck less by assisting leaders in building a playground workplace atmosphere that motivates their staff to do their most vibrant work.
Samm Smeltzer
As an HR Visionary, Samm has spent the last decade passionately pursuing the missing elements for employee engagement within organizations.
This path led her to studies in Classical Oriental Medicine, and now as a certified Medical Qigong Therapist (pronounced “chee-gong”), Samm brings both Western and Eastern perspectives on wellness into workplaces to heal burnout. She’s discovered that energetic health is key to building thriving workplaces.
Samm founded a workplace wellness center called the HRart Center (pronounced “heart”). Also the author of four books, her most recent book Workplace Healers dives into her latest work.
