Delancey Johnson
Dr. DeLancey Johnson is a transformational leader in progressive HR administration and has a proven track record for providing operational and strategic leadership in all facets of talent management. Currently, Dr. Johnson is the Senior Vice President, Associate Chief Talent Officer for Parkland Health.
Dr. Johnson has over 20 years of HR expertise across international and domestic markets, public and private sectors, and non-profit and for-profit organizations, including multiple health systems in Texas and Florida. He is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SHRM-SCP, SPHR, sHRBP, SWP, LDSS) and is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE). He holds a Doctor of Business Administration from Northcentral University in Scottsdale, Arizona, a Master of Business Administration from Syracuse University, and a Bachelor of Arts from Edward Waters University where he pledged Phi Beta Sigma.
Dr. Johnson also invests his time serving on the Dallas Regional Chamber Talent Attraction Council, Article of the Year Committee Member for ACHE, and Vice President of the Texas Diversity Council Advisory Board.
