2023 Talent Conference
Attendees will learn how to apply a simple 4-step process that allows any leader or people ops team to quickly and sustainably improve employee engagement and retention.

This session outlines an inspiring - yet repeatable and scalable - approach to more consistently meeting the universal needs employees have for thriving at work.  By tightly synchronizing frequent employee feedback with short, easily-digestible leadership training, leaders and people teams will be able to dramatically improve the effectiveness of employee engagement initiatives, while also helping managers to inspire true greatness in their teams.

Learning Objectives:

  • Apply a simple, 4-step process for consistently sustaining high levels of employee engagement and retention.
  • Avoid wasting dozens or hundreds of hours on an employee engagement initiative that either fails or makes only a minor impact.
  • See improvements in engagement and retention in a matter of days or weeks (instead of months or years) with much less effort by focusing on the most important drivers of employee engagement.
  • Hear why employee engagement surveys are almost always used in a way that can actually lower engagement, and what to do differently.
  • Significantly increase employee engagement just by using surveys in a creative new way.

In-person session offerings are on a first-come, first-served basis.
