Greatness starts with Gratitude. Greatness starts with a vision. Greatness comes from within. Times have changed. This much we all know. With the world in a state of crisis, where there is no such thing as 'normal,' the very nature of work, and life have been forever redefined. Many of us are focused on how to get through life, through work. We have a historical opportunity to shift our mindset to well-being, gratitude, and a positive vision of the future. Through captivating stories and thought-provoking exercises, this session will provide you with the tools needed to facilitate a workplace strategy to increase overall wellness amid chaos.

Learning Objectives: Cultivate a Gratitude-Centered mindset: Develop the ability to foster a Gratitude-focused approach within the workplace, understanding its impact on employee morale, resilience, and overall mental well-being.Implement wellness strategies: Learn to Create and implement effective wellness strategies that support mental and emotional health, enhancing productivity and Job satisfaction in challenging times.Enhance resilience and Adaptability: Acquire skills to build personal and team resilience, enabling better adaptation to change and uncertainty in the workplace.
