This 30-minute workout is designed to inspire and energize you, combining dance and fitness moves set to an uplifting and empowering playlist. Groove to the beat while you get a full-body workout that’s fun and invigorating. Embrace the theme of empowerment as you dance your way to fitness, building confidence, and leaving with a smile. Suitable for all fitness levels. 

Recommended Attire: Sneakers and clothing you can move comfortably in.

Kate Southall is the co-founder of Maxi Club DC, a dynamic fitness collective bringing high-energy, dance-inspired group workouts to the DMV.

A lifelong dancer and two-time marathon finisher, Kate blends endurance, rhythm, and community into every class. She previously served as the head coach of the George Washington University Dance Team and has choreographed and consulted for the dance teams of the University of Virginia, American University, and George Mason University.
